About me – my resume

Utdannet journalist, lang fartstid fra NRK Rogaland, Rogalands avis, Stavanger Aftenblad, 11 år ved Universitetet i Stavanger, vært nettredaktør i Stavanger kommune og lagd nytt intranett i Aibel AS. Nå er jeg senior kommunikasjonsrådgiver og nettredaktør i Rogaland fylkeskommune. Har allsidige språkkunnskaper og verdifull kulturell erfaring fra europeisk styrearbeid.
Opptatt av nettpublisering, sosiale medier, søkemotorer og alle andre morsomme ting på nett. Samtidig har jeg bred erfaring fra alt av kommunikasjonsarbeid, fra det strategiske til de djevelske detaljer. Trives godt med å holde foredrag og kurs, har en god penn og øye for gode motiver, teft for god layout har jeg nok også:) Er uformell, dedikert, lojal og glad i å lære nye ting. Etikk og integritet er veldig viktige verdier for meg.
Omstilling og endring har blitt dagligdags i arbeidslivet. Strategisk planlegging  av kommunikasjonstiltak er essensielt for å ta vare på medarbeidere, og sørge for at prosesser fullføres på en god måte, for alle parter.
